1.Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between each eligible user and isac88. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, claiming a promotion, or otherwise using isac88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions together with the applicable Privacy Policy and responsible gambling rules.

Notify isac88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access, lost credentials, compromised payment information, or unusual transactions. isac88 may temporarily restrict access while investigating a security report. We may also require a password reset or additional verification before restoring the account.

Account sharing is prohibited. A shared device does not entitle different users to bypass limits, bonus rules, self-exclusion measures, or the one-account requirement.

5.Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You must use isac88 honestly, personally, and for recreational purposes. You must not interfere with the platform, exploit an error, reverse engineer technical systems, use automated betting software, manipulate outcomes, collude with another player, or obtain an unfair advantage.

Prohibited conduct includes payment fraud, chargeback abuse, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, bonus abuse, coordinated betting, use of stolen funds, and deliberate exploitation of incorrect odds or game malfunctions. Casino outcomes are determined by the applicable game system and rules. Display interruptions, device problems, or connection loss do not automatically cancel a completed round. Where the authoritative server record shows that a round was completed, that record normally governs settlement. isac88 may correct a clearly erroneous result after reviewing relevant technical records.

7.Deposits, Withdrawals, and MYR Transactions

• Payments must originate from and, where practicable, return to a method held in the registered player's name.
• Deposited money must not be used as a substitute for a banking or remittance service.

• Bank and e-wallet processing periods are estimates and may be affected by maintenance, weekends, public holidays, or provider reviews.

isac88 aims to provide a stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, constant availability of every game or market, or compatibility with every device and network. Maintenance, internet disruption, payment-provider outages, cyber incidents, and events beyond reasonable control may affect service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, isac88 is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable service, personal device failure, third-party payment delays, or a player's failure to protect account credentials. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13.Account Suspension and Closure

You may request account closure through isac88 support, subject to completion of necessary security checks and resolution of pending transactions. Account closure does not erase obligations, investigations, valid wagers, or records that isac88 must retain.

isac88 may suspend, restrict, or close an account where there is suspected fraud, underage use, duplicate registration, prohibited conduct, payment abuse, verification failure, responsible gambling concern, or another material breach. Where appropriate and legally permitted, valid remaining funds will be handled after review.

14.Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement

isac88 may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect service changes, security needs, payment requirements, responsible gambling measures, or legal developments. Material changes will take effect on the date stated in the updated version or in an accompanying notice.

If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted. These Terms & Conditions, together with referenced policies and applicable promotional or game rules, constitute the agreement governing use of isac88.
